Before Champion Builders ever had a name, it was just a group of brothers and a pile of lumber.

It started when Santi’s oldest brother began working in framing—hard, honest work that soon pulled in the rest of the siblings. Once Santi was old enough, he picked up a hammer too. He worked alongside his brothers, learning the craft, the discipline, and the satisfaction that comes from building something real.

For a while, he tried a different path—enrolling in diesel tech school. But something didn’t feel right. Sitting behind machines wasn’t the same as walking through a job site, watching walls go up, or handing over the keys to a family’s dream. So Santi went back to framing, back to building, and eventually had the vision to branch out and start something of his own.
